24-year-old former model was appointed Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Ukrainian officials recently controversial appointment of a new glamorous former model 24 years into a leading national positions.

Anastasia Deyeva become the deputy of the Interior led to accusations on social networks that she was favored by good looks, not because of ability or experience.

The controversy surrounding this issue became strained when nude photos of Deyeva dug up.

"This really is the star most deserving candidate?", A Ukrainian expressed doubts. Some others have criticized her appointment to the position was too young on "crazy".

Meanwhile, media Deyeva Ukraine confirmed that she has all the skills necessary to take on this position. Deyeva served as adviser to a member of Parliament and a Swedish energy company. She is fluent in English and French.

Interior Minister Arsen Avakov also voiced support Deyeva.

"The main reason people oppose her is because she was young," he wrote on Facebook. "The support the young people, who work full of energy, is worth it."

Deyeva is not the only young woman was appointed to a senior position in Ukraine. Anna Kalynchuk and 23 years old, recently entrusted operating a crackdown on corruption among officials.
