Obama daughters proud if enlistment

US President Barack Obama yesterday revealed he will feel proud if her daughter decided to join the ranks of the military.

At an event by CNN held at the military base of Fort Lee, President Obama is a retired Army colonel asked he would react if his daughters, Malia, 18, and Sasha, 15, confessed that they wanted to join the army.

"I would say 'Just do it go'," President Obama said, also shared with the audience how he was inspired by how the spirit of discipline and patriotism of the soldiers that he had a chance to meet.

However, the White House acknowledged still feel worried for the child.

"I'd be lying if said I felt thrilled at the possibility that they were maneuvering to get somewhere," he said. "Children are still children. You always want to wrap them in pajamas to the end of life, if there is opportunity."


President Obama also said he would like to see more Americans to enlist, especially those who "come from high-income families" often "rare" in the army. Thank you for leaving valuable comments
