World New Year in unusually hot weather

The world welcomed the New Year 2016 in the unusually hot temperatures rising Arctic on 0 degrees Celsius, deadly tornadoes in Texas, scorching sun in Australia and serious flooding in England and Missouri.

According to AFP, a round of intense low pressure in the North Atlantic has pushed Arctic temperatures up to 2 degrees Celsius to 20 degrees Celsius higher than the average temperature of winter.
