Ton Vu Ky, 10-year-old boy 1.4 meters tall and weighs 91 kg live with her mother in the city of Huludao, Liaoning Province, north China. Ky Vu waistline is 1.23 meters. All activities of the boy as walking, going to school, going to the toilet all need human help, according to QQ.
