"I get the camera out and started shooting. I do not have much time to visualize what's happening," he told The Guardian Stuckert 23-12 days.
It was a moment of luck with Stuckert, because before no one had a chance to see people of this tribe. He discovered them when flying through Acre, a state in northwest Brazil, near the Peruvian border are on the road while photographing a group of indigenous people for a book he is making.
His photos capture provided by many clues about the lives of the tribes living separately from outside.
According to The Guardian, Brazil has about 80 such tribes but their existence is increasingly threatened by loggers, miners and drug smugglers.
Stuckert said he was very impressed with the paint on the body a man he identified as a form of camouflage.
"When it's cold we wear clothes. And they painted to protect themselves," he said. "I thought: It captures the image, it must be saved."

He recalled in 2014, members of a tribe living in isolation, which he had the opportunity to contact told him when he saw the helicopter, they thought it was something magic or a giant bird worry.
About tribes that Stuckert photography, Meirelles said he had seen their signs after the expedition in 1988 and was a witness on a flight by the BBC in 2010 to film them from above.
"They used axes, knives, pans, they also know our world, but know very little. They do not have any idea about us," Meirelles said.
He said no one knows the name of this tribe, but he believes they have about 300 people, living by growing bananas, sweet potatoes, cassava, peanuts, as well as hunting and fishing. He was pleased to see that they are healthy, although in recent years they have been threatening the other tribes, especially the tribal border on the other side Peru.
"We call them Indian River upstream of Humaita," Meirelles said. "They had no contact with anyone. We do not know who they are and the language they speak is. And unfortunately we do not know, because once been discovered, they will start trouble."
